Our plan offers a range of benefits that ensure your dental health is in top condition:

  • Regular Check-ups: With scheduled visits, you’ll be more likely to attend your dental examinations, helping to catch any potential issues early. This prevents problems from developing, saving you time, money, and avoiding the need for more extensive treatments.
  • Regular hygiene appointments: Promote good oral health but also help maintain a brighter, healthier smile.
  • Denplan-Certified Dentists: Our dentists are part of Denplan Excel, demonstrating their commitment to ongoing quality improvement.

  • Choose Your Dentist: Select a participating dentist from our directory, or check with your current dentist if they offer Denplan.
  • Complete the Application Form: Fill out the simple application form and set up your direct debit.
  • Start Using Your Benefits: Once your plan is active, you can begin enjoying discounted dental treatments right away. After six months, you can start claiming your inclusive check-ups and hygiene appointments.
  • If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to speak to our reception team, who will be happy to help.
  • Exclusions: Discounts are not applicable to specialist treatments, including but not limited to endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implants, and certain cosmetic treatments such as veneers.
  • Eligibility for inclusive Check-ups and Hygiene Appointments: Patients must be on the plan for a minimum of six months to qualify for their first inclusive dental check-up and hygiene appointment.
  • Minimum Plan Length: The minimum length of the Boston House Care Plan is 12 months. If a patient cancels the plan before the 12-month period is complete, they will be liable to pay the difference of the already applied discounts.
  • Discount Activation: Discounts will be applicable from the start of the plan.
  • Non-Transferability: Discounts cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  • Transfer of Plan: The plan is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • Combination with Other Offers: Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts that the clinic may provide.
  • Cancellation Policy: Patients may cancel their plan with 30 days’ notice. Any unused benefits will be forfeited upon cancellation.
  • Plan Renewal: The plan will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the patient.
  • Changes to Terms: The clinic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the plan at any time. Patients will be notified of any significant changes.
  • Payment Method: Monthly payments must be made via direct debit. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the plan. Should a patient not pay and the plan is cancelled, there may be fees to pay if they have received discounted treatment or inclusive exam or hygiene before the 12-month period is up.
  • Appointment Cancellations: Patients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice (2 working days excluding weekends and Bank Holiday) for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for the plan are non-refundable, except where required by law.
