Dental examination includes up to 4 intraoral x-rays and hygiene is limited to a 45 minutes appointment. Subject to availability.
Examination and hygiene services will be provided by two different practitioners, and therefore will require require two separate appointments. The initial appointment will be with the dentist for a comprehensive exam. Patients must have a full general examination with the dentist to be determined dentally fit before commencing tooth whitening treatment.
Tooth whitening treatment is only available to, and suitable for, patients aged 18 years and over. Additional treatment may be required prior to teeth whitening for which additional charges will apply.
Orthodontic Treatment Fees:
Orthodontic treatment (labial braces or Angel Aligners) costs range from £4,095 to approximately £6,000, subject to an initial assessment (£125.00) and diagnostic x-rays (£100.00). These fees apply to mild to moderately complex cases.
More complex cases – including those requiring surgery, the use of TPB (temporary anchorage devices), or pre-treatment stages for children – may incur higher costs, which will be confirmed during the consultation.
These offers may be withdrawn at anytime. Note not all patients are eligible for orthodontic treatment or tooth whitening and individual results may vary. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Steps before starting Orthodontic treatment:
1. You will need a Dental Panoramic Tomogram (DPT) and A Cephalometric X-ray – These will help to assess pathology or periodontal condition, root size and morphology, existing restorations and possible dental decay.
2. To ensure the long term success of orthodontic treatment you will need to be dentally fit. You are not dentally fit if you suffer from such conditions as gum disease, dental decay or have broken or inadequate restorations and fillings. If you have a regular dentist, the examination and any subsequent work can be carried out by them otherwise we can provide the required treatment at Boston House.
